Ancient London

I did a walk over the weekend about Ancient London, not surprisingly it was in the actual City- all about the scandals from about 1100 to 1500.

Sign telling the story of King Edgar giving the land just outside of the Tower of London to 13 knights.
A statue representing the 13 knights
The church of St Helen Undercroft-the Gherkin is in the bankground

St Andrew's Undercroft
The church of St. Catherine Cree

The church of St Botolph Bishopsgate
Obviously not an ancient building- it's the Lloyd's of London building
